Description
Hi!
We’re a small family of three living off-grid on a 5-acre property, surrounded by wilderness, 30 km from the beautiful village of Atlin, BC, and just 20 km from the Yukon border.
We love hiking, canoeing, climbing, and spending time outdoors. We’re lucky to live in an incredibly beautiful, wild part of the world, and we genuinely enjoy sharing it with people who are curious, respectful, and excited about this kind of lifestyle.
If you’re looking for a hands-on, off-grid experience in northern BC/Yukon wilderness, we’d love to hear from you!

Help
We’re looking for helpers between April and October 2026 to join us for a few weeks (or more) and help with a variety of ongoing projects around the property.
Tasks can include:
* Gardening (we have a small garden we’d love to expand)
* Carpentry & building projects (cabin, sauna, woodshed)
* Firewood
* General yard care and property maintenance
* Hanging out with our 2 year old daughter (if that’s something you’re interested in)

Accommodation
You’ll stay in a cozy guest cabin with one bedroom and a fully functional kitchen.
We live off-grid, so there’s no running water (outhouse + blue jugs filled from our well) and limited electricity generated by solar (more than enough in summer). Wi-Fi is available in the main house.
What else ...
Because we’re fairly remote, having your own vehicle is strongly recommended.
