Description
My partner and I, our five year old and our three month old live in a large lovely house in a rural medieval village in Spain. I am a Greek/American artist, and he is a musician from New Zealand. We both are working from home and would love help with childcare (mainly with the baby) and the garden or various light chores. The village is beautiful, in the mountains with lots of hikes around it. We are a 45 minute drive and a 1.5 hour bus ride away from the city of Valencia, which has great food and decent nightlife if you need a break from the village life sometimes. In the village itself there is not much to do besides garden, make art, read and walk. We are a very laid back family, and the last people we had here from workaway were not only amazing, but had a lovely time here. Looking for someone who would enjoy the nature and the village experience.

Travellers will get time to unwind and enjoy a simple and beautiful life in a village in the mountains of Spain. If the world seems crazy right now this is a great escape! Great for digital nomads (high speed internet) and artists of any kind. We also have a full music studio that is available for the right person.

Help
The main work would be caring for our three month old for three hours a day while I am in my studio. You would never be alone with the baby, as me or my husband would be at home (my studio is in the attic). You would need to give the baby a bottle and then play for an hour and then let the baby nap and then repeat :). My husband and I are always available if we are needed or if the baby is crying. We also on some days need our five year old son picked up from school, which is an 8 minute walk away. Any laundry folding or cooking skills are always great!

There are a lot of beautiful hikes around us. Mainly its a space for relaxing and maybe developing work of your own. Writers, musicians and artists all would be very welcome and find the environment rewarding, as well as anyone just looking to unwind somewhere beautiful.
