  Hello,
  I'm a solo women who live in a small off-grid cabin on the unceded territory of Gespeg (Gaspé) in Gaspésie.I, Jo-Anick, am a pivot social worker in a perinatal center and i'm living on my land with my too dogs and my cat. I use to have a mini-farm and a large garden but i have thousand and one projects and ready to do more! We are on magnificent land in the heart of the boreal forest bordered by a salmon river, ideal for swimming and basking in the sun. The hens also benefit from the freedom of the forest during the summer. We have 2 cabin for people passing through. Small rustic dwellings just waiting for an artistic touch! We don't have running water and electricity is given by solar panel. The road is accessible by car and we are 20 km from downtown Gaspé.

  Bonjour,
  Je suis un femme solo qui habite dans un petit chalet hors-réseau sur le territoire non-cedé de Gespeg (Gaspé) en Gaspésie. Moi, Jo-Anick, je suis intervenante pivot dans une Maison de périnatalité et je vis sur ma terre avec mes 2 chiens et mon chat. J'avais une mini-ferme et un grand jardin que j'ai envie de redonner vie et milles et un projet! Nous sommes sur un terrain magnifique au coeur de la forêt boréale bordée par une rivière à saumons, idéale pour la baignade et se faire doré au soleil. . J'ai 2 habitations pour les personnes de passage. De petites habitations rustiques qui n'attendent qu'une touche artistique! Nous n'avons pas l'eau courante et l'électricité est donné par panneau solaire. Le chemin est accessible en voiture et nous sommes à 20 km du centre-ville de Gaspé.
  Considérant ma situation, je n'accepterai pas de personne s'identifiant comme homme cis.
  Personne s'identifiant comme femme et issues de la diversité de genre sont la bienvenue.

  It will be possible to learn several things about life in the forest, Gaspé history and culture and Quebec ancestral knowledge. We have a great library to share and we love going to shows all summer long. We like to have great discussions around the fire and open our land to different people to facilitate sharing. The large shared meal tables are our favorite time of the day. In Quebec and especially in Gaspésie we love kitchen parties!

  Il sera possible de faire plusieurs apprentissages sur la vie en forêt, l'histoire et la culture gaspésienne et les savoirs ancestraux québécois. Nous avons une belle bibliothèque à partager et nous aimons aller voir des spectacles tout l'été. Nous aimons avoir des grandes discussions autour du feu et ouvrir notre terrain à différente personne afin de faciliter le partage. Les grandes tablées de repas partagé est notre moment préféré de la journée. Au Québec et surtout en Gaspésie on aime beaucoup les party de cuisine !

  Hi would like to have a hand in the maintenance of the buildings, the maintenance of the garden, the creation of new systems to enhance everyday life, to welcome travelers passing through. It will be necessary to participate in daily tasks to facilitate this, such as filling the water for cleaning, filling the drinking water, waste management and the preparation of meals which can be shared between all the people present.
  *No aggressive behavior, comments or actions that are racist, homophobic, transphobic, mascu or disrespectful of any kind will be tolerated.

  Je souhaite avoir un coup de main sur l'entretien des bâtiments, l'entretien du jardin, la création de nouveau système pour aggrémenter la vie de tous les jours, accueillir les voyageurs.ses de passage. Il sera nécessaire de participer aux tâches du quotidien pour faciliter celui-ci, comme remplir l'eau pour le nettoyage, remplir l'eau potable, la gestion des déchets et la préparation des repas qui pourra être partager entre toutes les personnes présentent. J'aimerais avoir une communication saine et douce avec les personnes qui passeront à la maison afin d'avoir une belle expérience pour chacun.e d'entre-nous.

  -A 10x 10 cabin with a bunk bed with a single bed and a double bed (possibility of making a sofa with futon style), a small table and a balcony. (The cabin is being finished outside, it will be one of the missions elsewhere.
  
  -A mini bus is equipped with a double bed for people who are not too big!
  
  -A small trailer.
  
  -Possibility to mount this tent on the edge of the river
  
  The kitchen is a large outdoor kitchen with all amenities.
  An outdoor shower is available, otherwise it is possible to wash in the river.
  A small Tikki bar is located near the beach.
  An outdoor composting toilet is accessible all summer.
  
  Everything comes accompanied by flies and mosquitoes for a good part of the summer. That's the only flaw haha. But the houses are equipped with protective veils against bugs.

  -Une cabine 10x 10 avec un lit superposé avec un lit simple et un lit double (possibilité de faire un sofa avec style futon), une petite table et un balcon. (La cabane est en cours de finition extérieur, ce sera une des missions d'ailleurs.
  
  -Un mini bus est aménagé avec un lit double pour les gens pas trop grand !
  
  -Une petite roulotte
  
  -Possibilité de monter ça tente sur le bord de la rivière
  
  La cuisine est une grande cuisine extérieur avec toutes les commodités.
  Une douche extérieur est disponible, sinon il est possible de se laver dans la rivière.
  Un petit Tikki bar est posé proche de la plage.
  Une toilette au composte extérieur est accessible tout l'été.
  
  Le tout vient accompagné de mouches et moustiques une bonne partie de l'été. C'est le seul défaut haha. Mais les habitations sont équipés de voile de protection contre les bibittes.

  It would be better to have a car to travel freely, but otherwise we have bikes to go around!
  Gaspé has all the attractions of a big city, surrounded by forest!
  Perfect for outdoor enthusiasts, we have several boats to lend you to go down the river.
  Museum, national park, bar and café are different things that await you in Gaspé and around the house.

  Il serait préférables d'avoir une voiture pour voyager librement, mais sinon nous avons des vélos pour aller voir autour!
  Gaspé à tout les attraits d'une grande ville, entouré de forêt!
  Parfait pour les fans de plein air, nous avons plusieurs embarcations à prêter pour descendre la rivière.
  Musée, parc national, bar et café sont différentes choses qui vous attendent à Gaspé et autour de la maison.
