    Description

We are a multicultural family German/Italian Mom '29 (Yasmin), Indian/American Father '31(Gundeep), and our 5 yo son living in the Netherlands. We currently live in the centrum of Utrecht but will be moving in the first week of July to our new house in calmer village of Loosdrecht, which is part of the Lake District of the Netherlands.

Gundeep has been a workawayer in Sweden a couple of years ago, he loved his experience so much that he decided to also host people since we will have more space in our new house. Our new house is 5 mins walk to the beautiful forests of Gooi and 10 mins bike on the other side to the beautiful lakes of Loosdrechtse Plassen. So if you love nature, then you would have a great time.

Help: We would like to nicely decorate, paint, setup the garden/patio etc in our new house. Therefore will be lots of little things where we could use help, but mostly we would like to have someone who also likes to play and do creative things with our son after his school. He is very friendly and a curious child who speaks 4 languages (Italian, English, Dutch & German) :) If you like to cook that could also be very helpful.

We are mostly vegetarian and love to eat healthy organic food. Yasmin is a biologist with a focus on Bio-Inspired Innovation and does yoga and meditation every day, so if that is something you are into, you are welcome to join. Gundeep is a Software Engineer in Computer Graphics who works hard during the week and loves to enjoy the weekends with family, relaxing and exploring new places.

We are a very loving family and have traveled around the world quite a bit (30+countries) and understand what it takes to live with someone else. We want to make the stay as comfortable as possible and overall Netherlands is a beautiful place to live and travel. Between all of us, we speak 7 languages in our family. English, Italian, German, Spanish, Dutch, Hindi, Punjabi. So you are welcome to practice if you would like :)

Both me and my partner are busy individuals with our jobs and are also working on side-projects. This means we would love for someone to help us with some DIY projects in the new house. We have quite some space in the backyard and would like to do some gardening there. We would also like someone who can spend some time doing creative things with our son, he is quite easy-going child who loves to explore and play.
