    Cultural exchange and learning opportunities

During the volunteering period, you will stay with a Costa Rican family. There are always a lot of people at home. During the weekends, they often invite family or friends for dinner. You will be totally part of the family, so it is a great experience to learn about the Costa Rican culture! :)

    Language:
There are some family members who can speak English, but most of them they only speak Spanish. So it’s a great chance for you to learn the Tico Spanish!

    Trips:
Costa Rica is famous of the volcanos, waterfalls and tropical animals!
We often hang out on weekends, going on day trips to volcano, nature sight seeing or playing board games at home with the family! So there will be also enough time to discover the surroundings here!
