Description
We are a family of four - husband, wife, and two very young children (age 3 and <1) in need of help with creating more space within the family home - structurally small changes to accomodate storage space etc, as well as garden work as Spring approaches. We aspire towards harmonious and organic lifestyle, living in a beautiful off-grid setting tucked away on a mountain near famous walkways and overlooking the Lough Derg, a short distance from local amenities. Our eventual aim is community living and/or therapy centre. Those who come to visit often comment on feelings of harmony and integration after their time here.

Accommodation
Workawayers in the Summer will be provided with the opportunity to camp in beautiful settings with access to bathroom facilities, washing etc as required. In the Winter a nearby house with simple facilities is available. For food, we invite workawayers to break bread with us as part of our family, but should they wish for solitude this is perfectly acceptable and they will be provided with food to prepare/store/cook. We would invite people to be clear with their needs and feel welcome to help themselves to food as it is needed, rather than feel timid.
What else ...
5km from all local amenities such as bars, restaurants, leisure centre with gym and swimming pool, food shop, ATMs, church, sports pitches, fishing, traditional Irish music. Nearest city is Limerick, where clothing shops and larger stores, clubs, can be found. Our local towns are heritage towns steeped in Irish history, home to the high king of Ireland, where a festival is held each summer in celebration. Within walk distance are two famous mountain walk routes. Local water sports activities are popular as the two towns are counties separated by the lake, which is the largest in the country. The air and sunsets are often described as unlike any other they have ever had the pleasure of experiencing. At home, we are easy and accepting. We aspire to live in harmony and somewhat outside of societal norms and stereotypes. we are genuine and authentic.
