hi workawayers, my name is Pablo and I live in a small place on the east coast with my dog . I started building my house one year ago. the property is a beautiful field surrounded by trees and 5 minutes walk to the beach. I am a quiet person who likes to always face challenges. I practice sports like soccer and surfing and I always love meeting new people. I was traveling the last 6 years in some countries like Australia New Zealand some of Asia and Europe and now I have the goal of building a self-sustainable house. Permaculture sistem. My project aims to integrate many knowledge such as: architecture, design, art, knowledge of residual sanitation, renewable energy, permaapuculture, garden agriculture and vermcomposting. It is a project that works on the individual as a whole with nature and how to create more autonomy.

    Cultural exchange and learning opportunities

The Camp is a small permacultural bubble I have come to call home, in the middle of the Oceanic forest of Sauce de Portezuelo, in the Eastern Coast of Uruguay.

As a permaculturally integrated system, this southern spring we will be working with the soil, replanting, harvesting, and getting ready for delicious summer food.

Some perma-beekeeping may be going on, harvesting the seasonal honey and processing the harvest.

We will mostly be focusing on expanding our house here, so most of the valuable experience will be around natural building construction techniques - wood framing, adobe -.
