Our dive center is located in Santa Catalina on Panama´s Pacific coast and has been the first dive center organizing trips to the former prison island and now UNESCO World Heritage site Coiba National Park.
We are looking at the moment for a workawayer or couple from February 2025 to September 2025 will close then for holiday and maintainance till mid of November. We are looking then for somebody during high season December to May.February-March or longer.
We provide housing in a private room with shared kitchen/bathroom, WiFi and free diving against helping ot for about 25 hours per week at the reception and the dive center.
We are locally and internationally run and are proud of our multinational staff and cooperating with local boat owners and service providers.
You should be already a diver and need to be available for at least 2 months. Don't apply for less then 6 weeks. We also prefer workawayers speaking more than just one language (English is a MUST of course and some understanding of Spanish is very helpful). Social Media skills, marketing, webdesign.... are highly welcome.
Santa Catalina is a small village with growing sustainable tourism and not only the best port to some of the best diving in the East Pacific but also one of the world’s best spots for surfing.

You will work in a small authentic village with healthy tourism provided by small businesses. You have to communicate with an international staff, local employees and international tourists. You can dive, learn to dive or continue your divie training in addition to enhance your Spanish skills

We are looking for single persons or a couple, helping with our dive center reception, sales of tours and administration. 25 hrs per week against accommodation in a private room of a shared house or at an appartment. Literally a tropical paradise, Santa Catalina offers some of the best surf in Panama, the closest access point to Isla Coiba with its world class diving, great local dives and fishing and quiet charm for relaxing. It's beautiful beaches, lush forest and friendly people make it a great stop for travelers wanting to enjoy some of the best of Panama's natural beauty and local flair on a minimal budget.
