    Description

My husband Frank, myself and our adorable Ragdoll cat, owns and live on a small property, in a small village on the north coast of the island "Sealand". We are situated near a beautiful beach and forrest. We are located approximately one hour from Copenhagen. The village "Tisvildeleje" is a charming, vibrant place, with great ambience and lots of life in summertime, mainly juli and august, when lots of turist, primarily from Copenhagen, come to enjoy the area and the cafe`s, restaurants and bars.
The rest of the year is more quiet, and we enjoy the peaceful forrest - and beach walks. Forrest is 300 meters away, the beach is approximately 1,5 kilometers. We have two bicycles for you to use.
At our small property, we rent out four flats to permanent residents, and we live in one apartement. In addition, we have a cute little "granny house/ annex" for you to stay in. We have room for a couple or two friends, who don`t mind sharing a room. The Granny house is approximately 35 square meters, with one bedroom, plus kitchen, bathroom and outdoor lounge area.

We often have a broad variety of tasks to maintain, and it varies from time to time, what it is. Some years the house needs painting, other years its a few windows or doors - or a fence, that needs a bit of love. It could be removing weed on the parking space, or gardening. Cutting the hedges. Building a new bench or repairing something. Maybe painting a room inside. Most tasks are minor, but we have lots of them.

My husband and I have been together over 30 years, and we have seen a lot of the world. We absolutely love traveling. We recently bought an old veteran ambulance, and we are in the process of converting it, into a campervan. We want to do small and big adventures, with our very cute cat. We could use some help in that process too! Especially from a carpenter, to make the wooden ceiling :)
We have to grown up daughters, who has a tattoo business, and upcycling retro clothes - in Copenhagen, where they live.

It could even be cleaning inside our apartement - oh that would be wonderful. Or you could teach me spanish.
The work you will be doing, will mostly be something you do alone. We need to outsource some tasks, as we both have full time jobs. We will give you tasks that fit your skills, and what you are comfortable with. Just let us know, if you are interested, and we can talk about it :)
