    Description

I own a campsite by a river surrounded with local fruit trees (durian, jackfruit, bitter beans, rambutans, etc) in Kampung Perik, Kedah Malaysia. My passion is outdoor activities like camping and overlanding (4x4 vehicles & campervan). That's why i want to develop my land as a camping spot for those who like to camping. We also have a wooden house, a tiny house, treehouse platform and also big camping tent at the campsite for the workawayers to stay. My campsite by a river, is located in a valley of the hills inside a village surrounded with bamboo trees, birds chirping around where you can find peace and tranquility, relax and healing. I also use the natural resources like bamboo tree, river sand and rocks to beautify my land. I plan to host foreigners around the world to know about local Malaysian culture especially those resides in northern states of Malaysia neighbouring to Thailand. As my establishment is small, i'm basically doing all the things 'one man show' and assisted with my wife. Me and my wife have our full-time jobs and we didn't stay there all the time but we could not resist to built the campsite as it is our passion and hobby. That's why i am looking for the workawayers who are independant and passionate with nature to assist me. They can also built something in the campsite as their lifetime memory and also experience day to day live with the villagers.

    The workawayer can assist me:
    1. Maintain and clean the houses, campsite and clearing small tree/grass.
    2. Weeding, clearing bushes and opening new camping spot.
    3. Make the base and the roof structure for the tent. We have a plot for the tent and plenty of bamboo to work with.
    4. Walkway around the campsite to the riverside.
    5. Gardening some vegetables.
    6. Cooking for yourself & other workawayers at the campsite
    7. If u have the skill, built the treehouse. Many big trees are there where the potential is yet to discover.
    8. Also from time to time, the workawayer can think something they want to built in the land as their life experience at the campsite.

I can provide the raw material which is easier and affordableto find at the local shop for the workawayer to cook. I cannot afford cheese, fresh milk and other imported stuff which is expensive in our countries. Other than that, we have a another 3 toilets with the walls cladding with bamboo. As we are Asian countries, our culture use bidets in the toilets and we don't use toilet papers/tissues. We also use tubewell as our watersource.
