  Hi there! 😊 I’m Eren, and I live in a small, friendly city called Sakarya – it’s just about 1.5 hours by bus from Istanbul. We run a little english language school here, and we really love meeting people from all around the world.
  
  If you ever want to visit, you’re so welcome! You can even join our classes and chat with our students – they’d be super excited to meet you. Since this is a small town, people here are very warm and they really enjoy seeing foreigners around.
  
  We’d be happy to host you, show you around, and share our little town with you. It would be awesome to have you here with us!

  We are a small and friendly team. I manage the school and we have three local English teachers. My wife and I enjoy spending time with our guests and we usually eat together. My wife often cooks traditional Turkish meals, so Workawayers can experience local food and family life. We try to make them feel like part of our family and our school community.
  
  Hosting Workawayers at our English language school is mainly about cultural exchange. Our students are very interested in meeting people from different countries and practicing English with native or fluent speakers. During their stay, Workawayers will have the opportunity to interact with local students, learn about Turkish culture, daily life, and traditions. They can also explore our town and experience authentic Turkish hospitality.
  
  I personally hope to learn more about different cultures, languages, and perspectives by hosting visitors from around the world. It is always a great experience for both our students and our guests.

  Help

  Workawayers will mainly help us create a friendly English-speaking environment at our language school. Their main role will be to talk with students and help them practice English in a natural and relaxed way.
  Cultural exchange and thier language or travel experience sharing with a meaningful way. At times curated events focused on develeping curosity and learning experience for the students and our workawayers.
  
  We ask for help 5 days per week, around 3–4 hours per day, and volunteers will have 2 days off each week so they can relax or explore the area.
  
  Typical activities may include:
  
  Joining conversation classes and speaking with students
  
  Helping students practice everyday English through simple conversations
  
  Participating in fun activities such as language games, cultural discussions, or group speaking sessions
  
  Sharing information about their country, culture, traditions, and daily life
  
  Encouraging students to feel more confident when speaking English
  
  This is not a formal teaching job, so no professional teaching experience is required. The goal is simply to help students improve their speaking skills by interacting with an international guest.
  
  Workawayers will usually help around 3–4 hours per day, 5 days per week. The rest of the time they are free to relax, explore the town, or experience local culture and places.
