Like peaceful quiet creative living.
My home is my sanctuary & private retreat for quiet living , good health, Non smoking.

For the right person long term accommodation may be an option.
I live overlooking & close to Brisbane waterways, & beach in one of the most beautiful natural surroundings on Central Coast 2256 NSW .
Close to busstop & train station and shops.
In your spare time you can explore by boat, bush walk, beach walk, swim.
Train line nearby to city or further North.
Would prefer mature person with some life experience/handyman skills.
Prefer to accommodate one person, maybe a working couple at a time -
No pets currently reside at house.
