I live overlooking & close to Brisbane waterway central coast nsw & beach in one of the most beautiful natural surroundings on Central Coast 2256 NSW .
Close to busstop & train station and shops.
In your spare time you can explore by ferry boat, bush walk, beach walk, swim.
Train line nearby to city or further North.
Would prefer mature person with some life experience/handyman skills.
