  Hi, l moved here 2 yrs ago.
  This was a house that had better days.
  There are 3 houses on the property. 2 are small casitas and the other is the main house. The main house has 6 bedrooms.
  In the main house Bill lives downstairs and in the other bedroom my daughter Jen and her partner Monse, upstairs there are 4 bedrooms, one is a pool/family room, an empty bedroom, Victor is our caretaker and another room for guests or family members.
  I live in one of the casitas which is still being fixed. We are also fixing up the other casita as a studio and we need help.
  I would like someone who can help me with gardening, a beginning garden , painting or building, or mechanic, l have a couple cars that need help. We have a medley of animals.
  The city is close by and l am in a small town. Guadalajara has lots of places to see, Chapultepec a street for the nightlife, Tlaquepaque, beautiful art and pottery. Zapotlanejo which is 5 min away is a woman's shopping dream. There is also Lake Chapala all within a half hr drive away.

  You can learn Spanish or English. I am fluent in both. There are lots of small towns and a city, Ajijic etc or Guadalajara close by that you can visit for a day trip if you’d like. The bus is a block away.

  I would like to have someone help me 5 hrs a day for 3 days so you can have four day weekends to travel.
