Hello fellow backpackers,
Please read - ONLY SOLO TRAVELERS/NO COUPLES OR GROUP OF FRIENDS - MINIMUM STAY 3 WEEK
We're a small hostel, at most there is only 3 people at any one time. There is only 16 beds so it is quite a casual and social hostel. That gives all my guests time to meet each other.
We are social hostel ideal for solo travelers BUT WE ARE NOT PARTY HOSTEL OR HEAVY DRINKING PLACE so we are not looking for entertainer, pub crawl leader.
We're located a 5 minute walk just outside of the old town and about a 30 minute walk from the east bus station.
Workawayers help with check in's, check out's and cleaning. When we have a free spot on the tour you'll also be the first one to go for free, to educate you on the local area.
Working hours are flexible (We work when we need to work), in free time you are able to explore Mostar and Hercegovina region, go for a hike ect.
In exchange for help, we can offer accommodation, participation in our amazing tours, free laundry service, opportunity to enjoy Bosnia and Hecegovina in the best possible way.
The minimum stay is 3 weeks but you can stay as long as you like.
All Workawayers must have a good level of English.

Great experience! Fedja is a great host who makes a mean breakfast, and is fun to talk to. The work is simple and not that demanding, lots of time to explore the city of Mostar, which is a gem. I had an absolutely wonderful time with Fedja and the rest of the staff here. Everyone was very welcoming and there was a lot of fun to be had. Mostar has a great scene, so you will never get bored Workawaying here. One of the best hostels I've worked in so far :)

Matt came to Mostar and helped out at my hostel for two weeks. He has a great attidude and is always willing to help out whenever needed. With the guests, he was very accommodating, patient, and sociable. We only wish he could've stayed with us longer. Great guy!

Caroline came and worked with us for nearly a month and she was an absolute pleasure to have!! She is a very hard worker, very organised and great with the guests. I had a really great experience here. The hostel is a small, clean, friendly place where I met lovely travellers and other Workawayers. Fedja is an amazing host - friendly and welcoming, and the work is quite light and flexible. Its was great to spend a few weeks discovering Mostar and getting a real BiH experience!
