Description
Hi my name is Claudio and I have always lived on the island of Ischia in the Gulf of Naples.
It is a wonderful place whose wild and volcanic nature has been irreparably modified to accommodate mass tourism, with guests seeking worldliness and less natural beauty.
However, I have always preferred to live the Island following a sporty, simple lifestyle in contact with Nature.
For many years I have shared and freely passed on my passion for sea kayaking, hiking and cycling.
I like making new friends and promoting a different island on Instagram: Nature, Sport, Sharing and Hospitality.
I could have organized adventure holidays, or what I'm thinking now is that a small sports community could be created, only of selected people with the same vision, which would at least become sustainable in the future and not just a cost for me.
For part of the day I work on the computer and for the rest of the time I go out and play sports alone or in company.
I don't like evening life so much, but I'm always out during the day.
During the first part of the Summer I like to dedicate myself to a small vegetable garden on the terrace.
I am very sensitive and passionate about psychology.
As you can see from my photos, I have always supported women in sport, and this project is mainly dedicated to them.
In fact, where I live, I think due to a question of mentality, there are a thousand men on mountain bikes for every woman on mountain bikes, the percentage is similar for sea kayaking, while there are more women than men who go hiking, but only for short routes.
I believe that the most precious thing we can achieve in life, which has a term unknown to us, is the quality of time and the quality of the people with whom we share it. Ciao 🌞

Accommodation
You can stay on the second floor of the building where I live, in an independent apartment 100 meters from the sea and right in the center of the municipality of Ischia.
For food we are independent but sometimes we could share recipes and I could also cook for you.
What else ...
The beach near the house is really characteristic, as well as having food shops and the bus stop just a few meters from the house. Living in the center there are many restaurants and activities of all kinds.
The Workaway has an average duration of 7 to 15 days, which can only be extended in rare cases.
The guest will always be treated with respect and generosity.
At the same time, polite behavior and fast and transparent communication are required, always!
