Description
Looking for a friendly helper to enjoy life on our small horse property in Western Australia
We’re looking for someone to stay with us for around two weeks and lend a hand with a variety of projects around our peaceful five-acre property, about an hour south of Perth.
Every day is a little different. Depending on what needs doing, you might help with general property maintenance, gardening, painting, tidying, organising, caring for the grounds, or assisting with small DIY projects.
If you have some basic carpentry or renovation experience, that’s a bonus, but it’s definitely not essential. What’s far more important is a positive attitude, common sense, and a willingness to get involved.
You’ll be helping us with whatever jobs are happening at the time, learning new skills along the way, and enjoying life in the Australian countryside.
What we’re looking for
* Friendly and reliable
* Practical and happy to help
* Enjoys being active and working outdoors
* Happy to tackle a variety of jobs
* Carpentry or DIY experience is welcome but not required
What we offer
* Comfortable accommodation
* All meals provided
* A relaxed, welcoming atmosphere
* Plenty of free time to explore the local area
* The chance to learn practical DIY and property maintenance skills
* Optional time around our horses if you’re interested (no horse experience needed)
We’re simply looking for someone who enjoys pitching in, learning new things, and becoming part of daily life on a small rural property.
If that sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you! -
