  I live near the University of Victoria in beautiful Cadboro Bay, just two blocks from the beach and Gyro Park. This is a beautiful part of the world for boating and enjoying nature. The city offers much to do, from walking the gorgeous inner harbour to wilderness walks to enjoying many live music venues.

  I am passionate about food and cooking and enjoy experimenting with different ethnic cuisines. I’m a professional writer and can provide assistance in creation and completion of written projects. I have recently taken up Pickleball and can introduce you to the game or take you out to play with a group of friendly people. We could go out on my boat and go fishing, and set traps for Dungeness crab and local spot prawns.

  Help

  I looking for help around the house, both indoors and out. Outdoors there is yard maintenance, including leaves to rake, weeding, general gardening and patio maintenance. Inside the house, I would enjoy help with sorting through household items and selecting clothing and other items for donation. I could also use help in organizing my office, so people with strong, organizational skills would be much appreciated.

  I have a furnished self-contained suite on the first level of the house. It is 1000 ft.² including bedroom, full kitchen, bathroom with a shower living room and washer/dryer for laundry.
  We can prepare some meals together, but you also have independence with your own kitchen, fridge and freezer.

  There is a bus stop one block away that takes you right downtown in 15 minutes. The beach is a five minute walk, it’s a one-minute walk to get into the forest. The local village is 4 minutes away, and has a large grocery store; there are also restaurants and coffee shops, and a pub,
