Description
We are an English husband and wife with our 2 children Skyelar (6yrs) and Khione (3yrs) and our dog Lhotse living in the beautiful village of Samoens in the French Alps.
We run a catered chalet in the winter which involves cooking breakfast, afternoon tea and evening meal to our guests. It is usually for exclusive groups of English speaking guests and we aim to provide a 'home away from home' experience.
We also employ a full time Australian couple (Tom, 32 and Eden, 29) who take care of the day to day running of the chalet.

The Alps in the winter are an exciting place to be with opportunities to explore the local area. If you would like experience with cooking, serving and wine selection this is a great experience in a low stress, personal and friendly environment.

Help
We are looking for a single person to help us around our chalet - helping with meals, tidying up, driving etc.
Ideally we are searching for someone who is passionate about the outdoors, enjoys working with people, can drive, has some experience in serving food and cleaning and can speak English well.
This is a paid position according to French law. The applicant must have a right to work in the EU. The position includes in house accommodation.

What else ...
There is a vibrant community of French, Dutch and English speakers in Samoens and the local bar 'Le Reposette' is a great place to meet like minded people. There is a good free bus service which links to the local village and also to the national park 'Sixt Fer de Cheval'.
