Are you looking for an adventure that will be a part of your life's best memories? My family and I run a watersports center in Istria and we are in need of hardworking and adventurous Workawayers to join our team!
Our family business includes windsurfing school, e-foil lessons, SUP paddling trips, kayaking tours, a big aquapark, and other water-based activities that create unforgettable experiences for our guests. We are located in a 5-star camping resort on a beautiful beach with a stunning view of many islands.
We offer two ways to join us:
The Workaway Exchange: Perfect for those who want to help with daily setup, guest rentals, and closing. No experience? No problem—we’ll teach you everything you need to know.
Full-Time Seasonal Positions: We are also hiring for the entire season! Previous watersports experience is not required because we provide full training to turn you into a professional instructor at our center. These roles come with more responsibility, stability, and competitive pay.

Full-Time Seasonal Positions
In addition to our traditional Workaway exchange, we are now hiring for full-time seasonal positions at our water sports center for the duration of the season! This position offers more stability and responsibilities than a typical exchange.
Competitive pay structured for full-time work.
As a Workawayer, you'll play an important role in helping us prepare for daily activities, assist guests with rentals and be a part of our closing team. No experience in watersports? No problem - we will teach you as long as you're willing to learn!
We are particularly in need of Workawayers in May and June for setting up, and at the end of August and in September for closing.
Since we work with tourists, please let us know which languages you speak.
We offer payment of a minimum hourly wage.

Accommodation
Our cozy mobile homes will be your home away from home. Each mobile home comes with a kitchen, living area, and three rooms that can accommodate up to two people. You'll also have access to on-site sanitary facilities. Meals are self-catered.

The nearest town is Poreč which is 7km, you can also see Rovinj(30km) and Pula(50km) there are buses connecting towns.
You can also visit the national park Brijuni and see Coloseum in Pula.

I stayed from the middle of May and extended my stay to the beginning of July.
Luka is a great host and I will take many good memories from here on to my journey and look forward to coming back in the future.
