Description
We are a family with a small plot of land with 100 olive trees, producing olive oil for our own consumption. We are looking for someone to help us with the harvest in exchange for room and board. I'm a cook and can teach a wide range of regional and national recipes through hands-on lessons, and I'd love to have a work exchange with anyone who would like to help us. Those who come to us will have a small, independent apartment and will have lunches and dinners prepared by me personally. I look forward to hearing from you!
Siamo una famiglia con un piccolo appezzamento di terreno con 100 piante di olivo per la produzione di olio di oliva per consumo proprio. Stiamo cercando qualcuno che ci aiuti per la raccolta in cambio di vitto e alloggio.
Sono una cuoca e posso insegnare tantissime ricette della cucina regionale e nazionale con lezione pratiche e mi piacerebbe avere uno scambio con chi ci viene ad aiutarci.
Chi viene da noi avrà un piccolo appartamento indipendente e pranzi e cene preparati da me personalmente. Vi aspetto! -

Our guests will be in close contact with us, our family, and the local community. They will be able to learn traditional Tuscan and Italian recipes from me, a cook, through hands-on lessons. I would love to learn about customs and recipes from other countries and learn a new language.
