    WHO ARE WE ?

We are a organization registered as a non profit to help children, women and youth. We decided to cover these areas because women and children can be considered inferior and soundless in the community. Many experience difficulties due to poverty, the death of their husbands, separation from their families and divorce.

" To create a community in which children, women and youth attain their rights and protection"

    OUR MISSION:
    1. Protecting children's rights through providing education and basic needs to disadvantaged children.
    2. Enhancing women's empowerment through teaching them skills and health education.
    3. Enhancing health education for youth including prevalent diseases and menstrual issues.

HOW ARE WE PROTECTING CHILDREN'S RIGHTS?
We consider children as the hope for the future of our community. We value them and support them to build a strong and better generation. We support children's rights in the following aspects:

    1. Provision of education which includes pre primary education in the following areas:
    a. English and Swahili lessons which include both speaking and writing
    b. Writing and counting numbers related to mathematics
    c. Sports and games.

    2. Provision of education and training to the community on how they can help their children thrive and to
change their perception towards disadvantaged children.

    3. We are helping children by supplying them with necessary items like school uniforms and other school
materials (pens, books, exercise books, shoes and sports equipment).

    HOW DO WE EMPOWER WOMEN?
We are helping women with various social and economic aspects to make sure that they can have the ability to be
financially independent and self sufficient, thereby gaining respect from the community. We teach them skills to attain this. We teach them health education and various life skills to also aide them for their future.

    Cultural exchange and learning opportunities

Volunteers who join us will have chances to participate in various local events organized with our organization. They will havethe chance to learn local languages like Swahili which is commonly used in Tanzania mainland as a tool of communication. Apart from the Swahili language, volunteers will have time to visit Masai places to learn about their culture. Communicating and visiting various streets in Arusha is another benefit to our travelers where they can observe the life of local people.
