    Description

    Hello there!
We are Julian & Adela and in the company of our beloved dog Rena, we live in a small village just 30 minutes outside of the capital Tirana, this is the perfect spot to relax and turn our dreams into reality. Together, we are working to develop and turn our land into something special.

Our forest-like land is full of possibilities for sustainable living. We plan to take full advantage of this, utilizing techniques such as natural building methods, renewable energy technologies, organic farming, and Aquaponics systems.
We want to be able to utilize the local land as much as possible and create something that can benefit the community.

Our vision is to create a complex of closed-loop systems, that feed off each other and create a sustainable, organic food source.

We know that we can achieve our goals with a bit of love, hard work and dedication.

    Cultural exchange and learning opportunities

Our members can benefit from a cultural exchange by broadening their understanding of different cultures and customs. They can learn about different approaches to sustainable living, and can also learn various skills including martial arts, and visual arts, as Julian and I both are eager to share our personal skills.

With this experience, they can gain a greater appreciation for different cultures and lifestyles, as well as the skills to apply them in their own lives. They can also gain valuable insight into the unique challenges and opportunities that come with living sustainably and adapting those practices to their own circumstances.

  • Help

    Help

Our land has a number of projects underway that require a variety of skills from our community members in order to be successful. We are in need of people with experience in building, farming, and engineering to help us with the projects.

The projects on our land range from building utilizing natural building methods, renovating existing buildings, and organic farming. Those who are experienced in construction will provide a valuable service in ensuring our buildings are built to last and provide a safe and comfortable environment for all to enjoy.

Those with gardening and farming skills will help us to achieve our goal of creating a sustainable garden and aquaponic systems that can supply fresh, healthy produce. This will also be used to teach people how to grow their own fruits, veggies, and herbs at home.

Your skills and experience can make a huge difference in our community. We encourage anyone who is passionate about making a sustainable difference to get involved in our projects.

  • What else ...

    What else ...

Julian and I love to go on adventures! Whether it's a hike in the woods, a drive on the quad, or a motorbike ride along the coast or off-road, there's nothing like exploring the great outdoors.
We explored a lot since we bought the land and found many hidden gems in the surroundings, there are a lot of beautiful places for hiking and exploring just near the property, high peaks from which you can see all the mountains and hills and villages, ancient ruins, lakes and an amazing river with natural swimming pools just a few minutes from our home.

Julian is an experienced guide who has done many offroad tours and we will be happy to take our volunteers on some adventure trips they won't forget.

During the hot summer days, we always go for a quick swim at the natural pools just to cool down, and everyone is free to join!
We also offer rides with our four-wheel quad and motorbike.

The bus stop is not far from the property, and whoever feels like going to visit Tirana can catch the bus, there is also a stop at TEG shopping center (where you can find bars, restaurants, shops, fast food, cinema).
If we are available we can offer a car ride instead.

Julian has over 15 years of experience as a martial art trainer and a black belt in jiu-jitsu, so there will be private lessons for everyone who is interested in learning not only jiu-jitsu but also self-defense and Balintawak (self-defense with sticks and knives).

I have almost 10 years of experience as a graphic designer, and in my free time I will be glad to teach anyone who is interested in learning new skills.
