Description
Welcome 🌞
I'm developing a peaceful off-grid fruit garden beneath a beautiful Cenicaro tree.
The project started in early 2024 and is steadily growing into a natural, simple, and calm living space.
The surrounding area is quiet and spacious. You will find the Farm Buena Vida, the pizzería MadDogs, a number of fenced but empty lots, and a colorful small settlement that is not yet inhabited—creating a relaxed and open atmosphere with plenty of privacy.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys nature, independence, and slow, intentional living.
What I Need Help With:
🌱
Watering and caring for the young fruit garden
🧹
Simple upkeep and daily maintenance
🌙
Staying on the property overnight
💬
Communicating with us when needed (we support you from the background)
The work is relaxed and suited for someone who likes calm days and self-directed tasks. Perfect for couples because of space and privacy.

Accommodation
A wooden house with two levels. The second level would be your Bedroom with a stunning view into a fully green hilly landscape of Nicaragua (and an amazing sunrise with rising fog often).
We got a slack line, rings for workouts and a little yoga area. Also juggling balls, a fresbee, contact staff and yoga mats.
Finally I've running water, a solar system that charges a little fridge and some more stuff.
Also a gas cooking system and easy cooking utensils.
Also there's a toilet and a shower
What else ...
There are buses for under 5$ going to Rivas, Nandaime and Managua.
You can rent a motorbike for 300$ a moth or buy one for about 700$ or less (sell and buy).
The Beaty of popoyo is definitely the beach and the surf opportunity's.
But also it's a nice mix between tourism expands and locals. A lot less busy than San Juan del sur or granada.
Also there are hot water pools and ocean pools in the area. Horseriding on the beach and a few more things.
