Description
Hello,
My name is Naceur and I live with my small family in El Jadida, a coastal city in Morocco.
I work from home on educational and community-based projects, and we’ve chosen to homeschool our children because we believe real learning happens through life, play, curiosity, and meaningful conversations.
We have three kids: a girl (8) and two boys (5 and 2 years old).
Life here is simple but full of warmth and connection. Every day we try to create small moments of joy and growth for our children.
We don’t have any house staff — everything is based on family cooperation and shared values.
We’re happy to welcome anyone who loves being around children, is open to helping with simple daily activities, and wants to experience an honest and human Moroccan lifestyle.
For us, it’s not about “work,” it’s about sharing, learning, and growing together.Types of help and learning opportunities

If you’re curious about Moroccan culture, this is a great opportunity to experience it from the inside.
You’ll be part of our daily life — sharing food, stories, and traditions with us.
You can learn about:
Moroccan family life
local customs and values
home-style cooking (and we’d love to learn your recipes too!)
basic Arabic or Darija
We’re always happy to share what we know, and to learn from you as well.
It’s a real cultural exchange — simple, human, and warm.Projects involving children
This project could involve children. For more information see our guidelines and tips here.
Help
We’re looking for someone who enjoys being around children and feels comfortable in a family environment.
The help we need is simple, like:
playing with the kids
reading stories, drawing, or doing creative or musical activities
speaking in your own language so they can learn new words
helping a little with daily routines like mealtimes or getting ready
There’s no strict schedule — just living the day together and sharing honest, everyday moments.
If you’re calm, kind, and open to trying a new experience with us, we’d be happy to welcome you into our home.Languages

Workawayers stay with us in our family villa in El Jadida. Most of the time, they have a private bedroom with a single bed, closet, and window.
If we have another guest or family visiting, the room may be shared with one other female Workawayer (never mixed).
The bathroom is shared with the family (parents and 3 children). There is hot water, toilet, and shower.
The kitchen is also shared, and Workawayers are welcome to use it during the day.
We all live in the same house, so you will be sharing the home with our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 young children).
The house is quiet, clean, and we always try to respect the Workawayer’s privacy and space. What else ...
On your days off, you’ll have time to explore El Jadida and enjoy the relaxed vibe of this coastal city.
You can walk to the beach, visit the old Portuguese city (a UNESCO World Heritage site), or try fresh seafood at the local market.
The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with everything close by — supermarkets, cafés, local bakeries, and taxis.
If you want to travel, it’s easy to take a bus or train to Casablanca or other cities.
We’ll be happy to help you plan small trips or show you around when we can.
Most of all, we want you to feel free, welcome, and at home.A little more information
