Description
Hi , I am an Australian living in Spain down south on the beach and loving it , I was lucky enough to find the perfect house for me it is surrounded by country but few minutes walk to beach and 10 mins car/bus to hip cool restaurants and cheringitos .
The house was a ruin when I found it and it has taken years to restore and am still doing things around and garden always needs work . I have fruit trees, lots of flowers , a large garden and also peacocks and dogs and lots of birds in the trees.As I am so close to beach and have a pool a lot of what I do is with water.
This area is the costa del sol , summer it is alive and where I live is in campo but I am minutes walk to beach and restaurant and 10 minutes to beachside towns full of cheringitos and summer happenings , out of summer it is much quieter not so many people .At the end of street is a direct bus route along coast from and to Malaga or other way Torre del mar a happening village on the beach ,just one of many . -

Here in this area it is still very much Spanish so easy to immerse in the culture hearing and speaking Spanish. It is famous for its cheringitos on the beach , seafood and untouched land near the beaches ,it is on bus route so easy travel to Malaga for fun and chill out. This area around house is very rural although at beach but great for cheringitos. It is a wonderful cultural experience as the villages and surrounds are very very Spanish .

Help
The help is best in the mornings so free time afternoon for beach ,sightseeing or relaxing.
The tasks are always gardening, it always needs tidying so simple tasks as in raking, leaves pruning as well as bigger tasks if Workaways are up to challenges.
I also have a sandstone ruin and surrounding area that needs sorting.
The garden is my favourite
I usually have small tasks around my home mainly light painting and general tasks, cleaning etc.
I am not a good cook so would be very happy to have Workaways that can and like it.

Houses are set in large garden . These are historic homes near the beach but set in rural area, . Very old home that has 2 stories and most bedrooms are upstairs , I am downstairs .there is internet etc and bus is at end of street to many places including Malaga

This area is beaches in warmer months and lots happening along the coast, it is also semi rural mixed with high rise so it’s an amazing place. spring and autumn are just beautiful. It is tapas and seafood .
All locals speak mostly spanish . If you are not near beaches there are many villages to visit up in the mountains behind, all beaches have cheringitos (beach restaurants) and great for lazy days and music. Etc .
Only hour to malaga by bus which is home of Picasso -

I have two dogs exy is young and very very smart knows to many words especially beach and out . Rommy knows almost none no idea how old but not young his day is spent chilling on his own usually likes to sleep.

Giacomo and Alice was self motivated and took great pride in the work which was to a professional standard . I am so happy with them and the results as not only hard working and they also managed to cook superb meals and help in house.
