Description
We are a friendly family of four, with two children, living on our 40-acre farm in Kyabram, Northern Victoria. We are only a hobby farm. Our animals are all pets except our sheep which our our consumption, but we don’t sell them. We share our home with our lovely animals, including sheep, horses, cats and dogs, and we’re looking forward to welcoming someone into our family life and giving them a taste of the Australian country lifestyle.
A current driver's licence is essential, as we will need help with school drop-offs and pick-ups for our children. We’re looking for someone confident and comfortable driving, this is the main role you will need to fulfil.
If you are an experienced horse rider, there may also be opportunities to ride our horses and enjoy the beautiful farm surroundings.
We are a social family and love entertaining, so you’ll have plenty of opportunities to meet new people, share meals, and experience the local community. We enjoy having people around and would love for you to feel included as part of our family rather than just a visitor.
Kyabram is a lovely country town in northern Victoria, offering a chance to experience rural Australian life, enjoy the outdoors and discover the region.
We hope to find someone friendly, reliable, easygoing and happy to become part of our busy family and farm life. If you love animals, enjoy spending time with children and want an authentic Australian farm experience, we’d love to hear from you!
We look forward to welcoming you to our home and sharing a little piece of our life in the country with you. -
