Help
We are looking for help primarily in hospitality roles, with a strong focus on serving and housekeeping. Previous experience in these areas is important, as our goal is to provide a high-quality guest experience in a small, team-oriented environment.
Daily tasks may include:
- Serving meals and interacting with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Housekeeping duties such as cleaning guest rooms, common areas, and doing laundry
- Assisting with general lodge upkeep and supporting the team as needed
Because we are a small, off-grid lodge, everyone works together and helps where needed. Flexibility, a positive attitude, and attention to detail are essential.

What else ...
During your time off, there is plenty to explore in the stunning Canadian Rockies. You can hike scenic trails, go wildlife spotting, or simply relax and take in the alpine views. In winter, nearby areas offer skiing, snowshoeing, and ice skating. The lodge is 40 kilometers from Canmore, where you’ll find grocery stores, restaurants, and other amenities.
While the lodge is remote, staff can access Canmore by car, and carpooling with other team members is often possible. Many helpers enjoy exploring local lakes, rivers, and trails, or simply unwinding in the peaceful mountain setting.
