Description
Hi I am originally from the Philippines, married to an Irish citizen. We have 2 lovely and energetic boys,5yo and 2yo.We are living in my husband’s home place, not too far away from the Atlantic Ocean. We are 10mins away from Kinsale,a very popular spot for tourists. We don’t have a spare car for workawayers to drive but we have Bicycle available if you like cycling. Also, we are happy to drive workawayers to bus routes. There are lots to learn about the history and culture of Kinsale. We are also near the coast where there are lots of coastal walks and sightseeing to do. Also,we have a few animals, 2 angus heifers and hens.

Cultural exchange and learning opportunities
We can share building/landscape/carpentry/stonemasonry skills, cooking and baking interests and help practice your English communication skills. My husband is the 4th generation on this home farm (but not currently farming at the moment) and he is mainly focused on doing landscaping and building where we live.
The closest airport to our property is Cork and has bus routes to Kinsale where we can collect and drop you off. As much as we are happy to help workawayers to bus routes, we kindly ask you to be considerate of the time you come and go to and from this property.
We hope to learn other cultures and how you are brought up and your plans / life goals are. We hope to make friends and love to follow up how you are getting on with your journey as we hope to travel and make connections.

Help
We are currently in the process of building our house. My husband is mainly building it. We are looking for someone to give us a hand with daily chores around the house - cooking, cleaning, minding kids. We are very easy going and can fit in with other people’s culture. My husband used to be a farmer so he is also happy to share his knowledge of caring for animals. We are very flexible and can fit in easily with your plans or interests and we are here to help out if needed.
