  Hello! Welcome to Tsetserleg, Arkhangai, Mongolia!
  
  I’m Tseerei. I run a small language and education center in my hometown. I live here with my husband and our two children.
  
  Tsetserleg is a lovely little town surrounded by mountains, forests, and beautiful countryside. We are also not far from Terkhiin Tsagaan Lake, Khorgo Volcano, and Tsenkher Hot Springs.
  
  I started my education center because I wanted children in my hometown to have more opportunities to learn. I currently teach English to children and teenagers aged 6–18. Many of our students come from rural and nomadic families.
  
  I have some new ideas for our center, and I’d really like to make them happen with the help of people from different countries.
  
  I don’t want our children to learn only English or prepare for exams. I want them to try different sports, discover their talents, learn creative skills, and become more confident in everyday life.
  
  Who would we like to meet?
  
  First of all, we welcome English speakers who enjoy spending time with children and helping them practise English. And also Japanese and Korean languages.
  
  But we are also looking for people with other skills and experience.
  
  For example:
  
  * Sports coaches and athletes (volleyball, basketball, swimming, tennis, football, badminton, chess, billiards, fitness, street dance, etc.).
  * Photographers and video makers.
  * Graphic and fashion designers.
  * Digital creators and people who work with social media.
  * Artists and people interested in creative activities.
  * People who can teach cooking, communication, leadership, and other everyday life skills.
  
  You don’t need to be able to teach all these things. Just tell us what you are good at and what you would enjoy sharing with our students.
  
  For sports and specialized activities, we would particularly like to meet people with professional qualifications, certificates, or coaching experience.
  
  We would like volunteers to run their own classes or workshops for around 3–4 weeks. You will work directly with our students and communicate with them in English. We also expect you to attend and personally lead your classes on all scheduled teaching days.
  
  Our Summer Camp Ideas
  
  I’m also planning to organize several summer camps for children. Each camp will last around 7–10 days.
  
  We are thinking about English camps, sports camps, creative and digital skills camps, and life skills activities.
  
  I’d love to work with volunteers who have interesting ideas and would like to help us organize these camps.
  
  How Long Can You Stay?
  
  We prefer volunteers who can stay for 4–8 weeks. A minimum stay of 3–4 weeks is important for us because we want students to have enough time to learn from you.
  
  I’m also interested in meeting people who would like to work with us for a longer period. If you are interested in returning, developing projects together, or exploring a more long-term professional opportunity, please feel free to contact me. We can talk about the possibilities.
  
  Where Will You Stay?
  
  You will have your own small mobile house near my home and education center. It’s in a quiet and safe area.
  
  The house is simple and offers a countryside lifestyle. There is no hot running water, private hot shower, or modern indoor toilet. I prefer to let you know this in advance so you know what to expect.
  
  We provide groceries and basic food supplies, and you can cook your own meals. If you have any special dietary requirements, just let me know beforehand.
  
  We also have good Wi-Fi both at the accommodation and in our office. You are welcome to use our office if you need a quiet place to work or study.
  
  What About Your Free Time?
  
  We usually work around hours a day, five days a week, depending on the program. Weekends are generally free.
  
  I worked in tourism for more than eight years, so I really enjoy organizing trips and showing people around Arkhangai.
  
  If you want to travel during your free time, I can help plan your trips, arrange transportation, and organize a private driver.
  
  You can visit Terkhiin Tsagaan Lake, Khorgo Volcano, Tsenkher Hot Springs, go horseback riding, or visit nomadic families.
  
  Weekend trips are optional, and volunteers cover all their own travel expenses, including transportation, driver fees, meals, accommodation, and activity costs. We will discuss everything and agree on the budget before travelling.
  
  A Little About Our Family
  
  We enjoy meeting people from different countries and learning about their cultures. We are happy to share our food, traditions, and everyday life with our guests.
  
  I don’t expect you to be perfect or know everything. I just hope you are responsible, friendly, and genuinely interested in sharing your skills with our children.
  
  For me, hosting volunteers is also a chance to learn something new. I hope we can share ideas, make friends, and perhaps work on some interesting projects together.

  Note: "I am a business professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and over 8 years of experience as a General Manager in the Tourism industry. After years of managing travel operations, I decided to follow my passion for education and opened my own language center in my hometown of Tsetserleg, Arkhangai.
  Currently, I operate out of my own permanent small apartment , where I teach English to students aged 6-18. My background in management helps me run the school with a structured and professional approach. I am also a published author of an English exam preparation book specifically designed for Mongolian students.
  Staying with me means you’ll be hosted by someone who deeply understands both the business of education and the world of Mongolian tourism. I love sharing my management insights and my deep knowledge of Arkhangai’s hidden gems with my volunteers."

  I teach English - from beginner to advanced levels - to children aged 8-18. I have taught alone for two years but am now looking to expand with the help of amazing community-minded volunteers (like yourself!)
  Although we are relatively new, we have accumulated significant experience, and my background in tourism will help me be a great host for you!

  Accommodation

  Volunteers will stay in a small mobile house near my location, which I am working with them. It is in a very safe area with lots to do nearby! Mongolian meals are very different from other cultures' normal diet, and I worry that eating only Mongolian food may not be as good for your body and enjoyment. So, I will buy groceries for volunteers, and you can cook independently at your ger. If you have any dietary needs/ restrictions (vegetarian, etc) then let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you. Also, we have good wifi and an office that is quiet and comfortable with electrical outlets for use as a working space.
  Therefore, we have space for a campervan in our town.

  "We offer a 4–5 hour workday, 5 days a week, leaving you plenty of time to explore!
  Our town, Tsetserleg, is incredibly safe, peaceful, and perfect for walking. You can hike up the nearby mountains for a breathtaking view of the valley or visit the historic Zay Gegeen Monastery.
  As a tourism professional, I’m happy to help you organize weekend trips to Arkhangai’s famous landmarks, such as the Khorgo Volcano, Terkhiin Tsagaan Lake, or the Tsenkher Hot Springs. We have a private car and can assist with local transport.
  This is a great place to experience authentic Mongolian life while being surrounded by some of the country’s most beautiful nature!"
