Description
We are a vibrant NGO community dedicated to living in harmony with nature. Our core team consists of 7 permanent members, supported by 7-15 volunteers year-round. Our home is shared with a variety of animals, including funny dogs, invasive cats, a moody donkey, a mini horse, noisy chickens and buzzy bees.
Our project focuses on sustainability, autonomy, and ecological living. We strive to break away from the self-destructive patterns of today's world by re-localizing production and embracing a lifestyle that respects the Earth. We experiment with alternative ecological practices, permaculture, and new approaches to agriculture, while also working to enhance biodiversity and carefully manage our resources—soil, water, and energy.
Our work goes beyond agriculture. We value handcrafts, food preservation, DIY projects, and eco-building techniques. Everything we do reflects our commitment to sustainable living and creating a more resilient, self-sufficient way of life.
We are located in a stunning area, close to the sea and some of the most beautiful beaches in the region.
What we need from you:
- Commitment: We require a minimum stay of 1 month for "Community Volunteers" (there are other ways to join us, please refer to our website).
- Hard Work: Many of the tasks are physical, including agricultural work, animal care, and building projects. If you enjoy getting your hands dirty and working outdoors, this is the place for you! Otherwise, please reconsider!
- Simplicity: Our lifestyle is minimalist. Do not expect modern city life comfort!
- Passion: We are deeply committed to our mission, and we seek volunteers who share that same enthusiasm and dedication.
- Skills: We value volunteers who bring expertise and are enthusiastic about sharing their knowledge with the community. Skills such as woodworking, construction, plumbing, gardening, social media/content creation/web design are especially appreciated.
- Community Living Experience: Living in a close-knit group is a unique and uncommon dynamic in today's world. It requires a willingness to manage egos, adapt to diverse perspectives, and contribute to fostering a harmonious and cooperative environment.

Caravan or tent with mattress during summer. During winter a couple rooms are available. Warm shower, washing machine, dry toilet, open air kitchen.
Cooking and dishes work on a rotational basis.Food is a central experience at our farm, and we take great pride in producing the most flavorful organic products. We hold food in the highest regard and believe it’s at the heart of our community.
Cooking is a shared responsibility, organized on a rotational basis with a lottery system. Even permanent members join in, and since two people cook together each time, there’s no need to worry if you’re not a chef.
