With a background in the Arts, we enjoy meeting people from all walks of life. We aim to get to know you by inviting you into our family for a true cultural exchange.
Our accommodation provides a tranquil treetop retreat with panoramic ocean views of the glistening Northern Beaches of Sydney, complemented by a convenient bus journey to Sydney City's essential attractions.

We love spending time, sharing meals and playing cards and tending to our chickens and our dog. Paddle boarding, beaches and bush walks are always on offer as well as feeding the wild parrots that visit our balcony. You may even see the whales swim by!

Whilst a language exchange is not necessary, we always welcome the opportunity to learn a little as we may travel again. My husband speak un poco Spanish and I un petit peu French.
Accommodation
We provide a downstairs bedroom, lounge room, balcony and bathroom. There is a shared kitchen and food will be provided. Cooking will be arranged on a guest basis. We are pescatarian/vegetarian so meat is not provided. We prefer non-smoking guests but smoking outside the house is permitted. We are only offering 1 week stays and are best with singles or may accept a couple but only have one room.
What else ...
We live on a Plateau and there is a bus stop across the street that takes you down to to main street/Avalon village and bus route to the city.
You can also easily walk to the local shops.
Palm Beach, Manly, Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park and the Central Coast are only a stones throw away and popular with locals and tourists.
