Description
We are a regenarative farm/homestead in its beginnings to create community-living on 200 acres in the Gatineau Hills of Quebec. We have a regenerative garden/orchard, chickens and are building with local sustainable materials (clay straw, straw bale, wood). So far we have built a workshop, a process kitchen, a dance hall, a wood mill , a garden/orchard and a garden shed, and a movable chicken coop. Many interesting projects ahead to make space for people who want to co-create and co-live with us eventually. We intend to produce value added products as the land permits. We also have a small private lake for swimming and skating. Many trails have been created for walking and skiing/snowshoeing. Sharing circles, bonfires and gatherings with the larger community are common here. We want to work together to create something more aligned with the natural earth beings and Mother Earth herself. We are a non-smoking community.

Help
We are in the early stages of developing a food forest/garden and need gardeners that are willing to help and learn. We are practicing salvage logging in the forest (non-living trees) and milling the wood to use on the land. Our neighbor has horses for logging and we also use our small tractor. We need help with maintenance and farm -related tasks , making firewood etc.
We are hoping to connect with people that have some woodworking skills and are interested in timber framing and natural building.Languages
