  Hi I am Richard and I live in the property , my partner lives in the near by village with our son who spends most Friday nights and Saturdays with me and stays when my partner is away. The house and sleep out area are of typical New Zealand "homestead" style with lovely gardens. It is very private and quiet yet only 10 minutes into the nearest town and local village . Plenty of room to kick a soccer ball or what ever sporting activity you are into.
  
  Birchleigh, as the property is called runs a Polo club , although right now the ponies are turned out for the winter we have still have two younger ones that need riding during the week , a fellow club member or me will ride with you.
  
  If you love the perfect mix of countryside tranquility and social buzz, you'll feel right at home here. I am looking for someone to help care for our son Randall who is 11 on the odd day during school holidays. Help with the garden, house cleaning and sitting when I am away with work duties, cooking the occasional dinner would be a great help also. I am close to Hastings and Havelock North ( 10 minutes away) with nice cafes and shops We have a lovely peaceful environment . Private accommodation is available in the sleepout which is across the courtyard and has access to its own shower/bathroom.

  We live on a 6 hectare lifestyle farm that has a Polo club so if you like horses riding is available, safe family environment, willing to help with learning English if required. We live close to the local town and village . We enjoy gardening and growing our own vegetables and also offer the opportunity to travel with us to our holiday destinations

  Our region offers a variety of good activities from beaches, bush walks , horse riding etc. A vehicle and or bikes would be supplied to suitable person so you can explore the local region during time off. The property has a well established garden and a relaxing atmosphere. A suitable person would feel very welcome and comfortable . My work means I have to travel to up to 3 days away so looking after the house and property will play a part in your visit .
