    We are a small home based business near Jasper National Park offering tourist accommodations in cabins, riverside Teepees and campsites plus guided horseback trail rides and winter wagon rides. We are looking to hire three of four Seasonal Employees from May to October.

    During summer season employees provide assistance with a variety of tasks for day to day operation of business. Ideal candidates will have some prior housekeeping, kitchen or farm/ranch experience and will be high energy, self-starting and personable. Must be fluent in English, help with minimal supervision and willing to help flexible hours, 40 hours per week. An interest in or some experience with horses is preferred. Job duties will be primarily housekeeping, laundry, breakfast preparation and campsite maintenance but may include front office, firewood, fencing repairs, basic carpentry, care of horses and assisting with guided horseback trail rides as skills permit. Meals and on-site accommodation can be provided. Couples are welcome. International applicants require valid work permit and SIN.

    Please inquire about 3 to 6 months employment during tourism busy season between May to October 2024. Note: Three months minimum term from mid-June to mid-September term are required.

    During the Off-Season months from November to April short term stays are offered in exchange for light chores, experience with horses and interest in in harness driving during winter months is preferred. Workawayers are expected to contribute a pre-agreed amount of time per day in exchange for lodging and meals of equal value based on $15/hour.

    During Peak-Season on-site accommodation can be provided in comfortable holiday trailer with optional meals taken in main house. Off-Season accommodation is a suite in the main house.

    We are located a 15 minute drive from world famous Jasper National Park and a ten minute drive from several lakes in William A. Switzer Provincial Park. Horses can be ridden for pleasure by employees dependent on horsemanship skills.
