  We are a mix of Spanish, Japanese, running a small / family run mountain apartments, nested in beautiful and scenic mountain setup in Madarao - Tangram
  
  Seeking a friendly, self suficient and reliable person or couple to help within August / Obon Housekeeping
  
  🌿Important
  
  - Very rural and mountain area, 5 ~ 10 hours / week / perso mostly weekends and Obon holidays
  - Very low season during weekdays, mostly leisure time
  
  
  🌿Tasks
  - Garden, cutting grass, property maintenance
  - Apartment, chalet housekeeping, laundry
  - BBQ arrangement support, duties like eventual shopping
  - Check In / out guest support
  - Driving guests and material around the resorts, stations and lodge

  We provide accommodation in our staff house 15 minutes away by car in the valley - Furumi, 15 Minutes drive to Madarao, 20 minutes drive to Myoko and 30 or 40 minutes to Iiyama and Nozawa Onsen

  ( ~ 15 or 20 / week / person ) , this is not equivalent as a regular or part timer or hospitality job.

  - Driving guests and material around the resorts, stations and lodge
  - Ski, snowboard waxing and delivery

  🌿 Work Schedule ( turn based )
  - Mornings 8 ~ 14:00: 1 ~ 4 hours on normal days, 4 - 5 on peak days ~ new year and early February
  - Afternoons from 16:00 ~ 20:00 ( on request snow clean, ski, snowboard waxing, pick up and delivery, guest support )

  Important note
  - Share accommodation is considered private, common sense responsible living and community rules apply, therefore it is expected participants schedule and arrange it's own time to keep the property clean, livable, safe and in a good shape
  
  🌿Community
  
  The area is very rural, very quiet with very few neighbors around, mostly covered in snow, grocery shopping, Myoko station or resort towns like Nojiriko, Madarao or Akakura is 15 ~ 20 minutes away by car, public transportation is very limited
  
  Sometimes as a residents we are asked to participate in the the voluntary common tasks and activities within the community of people living there. our lovely neighbors are quite old and even they are still amazingly doing farming things and have all the machinery and tooling's imaginable might think of, still do everything by themselves.

  Madarao is in the middle of Japan powder belt, with plenty of sports and cultural activities like Nozawa Onsen and the famous Nagano Monkey park
  Our house is 2 hours communicated with Tokyo trough Iiyama station ( 30 minutes by bus from the lodge ) on bullet train shinkansen, the staff house is on better reach through Kurohime and Myoko Kogen stations ( 15 minutes away )
