  Spanish, Japanese running a small mountain lodge consisting on a 4 self hosted style apartment + chalet nested in beautiful and scenic mountain setting with walking access at front of Madarao - Tangram ski resort, closer to other great powder ski places
  
  We’re seeking a friendly, reliable, responsible individual for part time / paid help with Lodge duties
  
  🌿Tasks
  
  - Room cleaning, preparation, laundry
  - Snow cleaning, property, equipment maintenance
  - Driving guests and material around the resorts, stations and lodge
  - Ski, snowboard waxing and delivery
  - Errand duties like preparing snow equipment, guest support or eventual shopping
  
  Not a big amount of work, not every day, approximately 2 ~ 3 hours on normal days, 4 - 5 on peak days, usually 8 ~ 14 mornings and afternoon from 16:00 ~ 19:00
  
  🌿We provide
  
  - Scheduled and unscheduled paid work hours ( 1250 JPY before taxes )
  - Part time contract based on Japan working standards
  - Health Insurance
  - Shared room accommodation ( 2 pp / 3 pp room arrangement ) in Furumi, 10 minutes away by car from lodge in Tangram
  - Transportation between Furumi and the lodge in Tangram
  
  Please important note, the accommodation is in a private house with highly historical cultural value, and we might not be around sometimes, it is expected participants to use and keep the property clean, livable, safe shape in a good responsible manners
  
  🌿Community
  
  The area is very rural, next grocery shopping or Myoko station is 15 ~ 20 minutes away by car, public transportation is very limited
  
  Sometimes as a residents we are asked to participate in the the voluntary common tasks and activities within the community of people living there. our lovely neighbors are quite old and even they are still amazingly doing farming things and have all the machinery and tooling's imaginable might think of, still do everything by themselves.

  Our house is 2 hours communicated with Tokyo trough Iiyama station ( 30 minutes by bus from the lodge ) on bullet train shinkansen
