    Description

Enjoy staying in gorgeous open rainforest on 2 acres of magnificent tall trees and lush ferns.
There is a lovely creek with fish and state forest that borders this off-grid property.

You will stay in a unique hand crafted wooden gypsy wagon. It is self-contained with gas stove, solar fridge, large bed, shower and compost toilet.

This place is 1.5hrs from Melbourne in the mountains and 20 min drive from villages and plenty to explore.

Help us garden and take care of our animals.

It could include planting, shovelling, stack wood, pick up manure, care for animals, create paths and other projects for 2 hours a day.
We provide breakfasts, accommodation, power, gas, water and wifi.

You can have the rest of the time to enjoy the beautiful area, paddle in the creek, fish, hike, bush walk, explore the villages, go to the cinema, local theatre, market or festival etc. A day in Melbourne is possible.

We are a couple who have settled in to a paradise that we love.

We have travelled the world ourselves and love travellers staying.
We look forward to your stay and your help. Thank you, Phoenix & Daryl
