  Description

  We are a family of three, myself my wife and our son, living in a small village in Zala county with our cat and dog. We love hiking, biking and also climbing, but we have a lot of work to do around our household and the garden. Our garden has a relaxing front part which needs a lot of caring, but the larger part is mostly an orchard with fruit trees, growing a few veggies as well.
  
  The village has a small grocery store, a restaurant and some sights to see, the nearby hills offer picturesque views and opportunities to hiking or trail running. Two of the three hills surrounding our village has ruins on top of them, the third is known for the largest Buddhist stupa of Europe.

  One of our hobbies are climbing, nowadays the sport climbing is becoming a more and more recognised sport. There are nice places to visit around here, with view to lake Balaton, we are happy to show these rock climbing spots or go gym climbing with you. Even if you're just about to try it out.
  
  We love hiking (or biking) around the surrounding hills, also in the direction of Balaton. There are some historical sights to see (dating back to Roman ages as well) and we can also share the tales of the local folklore and show you the places associated with these tales, which can give a glimpse into Hungarian folklore.
  
  I like cooking and traditional Hungarian meals are part of it, if you'd like (or shall I say if you dare) to taste spicy Hungarian dishes I'm happy to share recipes with you. Another new wave of interest for me is small batch home brewing, I'm experiencing with a few beer styles (all within legally allowed quantity) with a decent selection of equipment. This feels like and endless journey of constantly improving, but definitely a big fun (especially when it tastes good in the end). I'm happy to brew together if interested and share experiences.
  
  I can also teach you basic woodworking skills, how to use woodworking tools, etc.

  Help

  We need help with basic tasks around the house, including:
  - moving (wrapped in) rockwool blocks up to the attic (protective gear available)
  - cleaning the summer-kitchen outside and the front yard / garden
  
  We need help around the garden, tasks will include:
  - pruning fruit trees, caring for raspberries, etc
  - moving compost around the garden
  - assembling raised beds for veggies
  - managing ducks (feeding, cleaning and letting them in-out)
  
  I'd like to ask for 3-5 hours of help per day, some part of that time I'll be doing the same of the tasks with the Workawayer as well.

  Accommodation

  We have a separate building with a bedroom (double bed) to offer, which can be heated by a cozy fireplace, and has it's own bathroom. During the summer it is comfortably cool inside. If you'd like to cook you can use our kitchen and the summer-kitchen, a nice place with an atmosphere outside. We can also provide you meals.
  
  If interested, outside camping can be organised if needed, but the garden is quite an uneven surface.

  All inside spaces are non smoking, in the garden it is all right to smoke. We have two dogs and a cat as well.
