  Description

  The preschool & learning center has been in the field of early childhood education since 2009 and now has 7 centres across India. Our mission is to focus on the holistic growth and development of children and provide quality education in a safe and nurturing environment where children are comfortable learning.
  We engage children in experiential learning and with the usage of the latest technology through a team of highly motivated individuals. We also partner with parents and treat them as active participants in the development of children, resulting in the creation of an unyielding foundation for children to carve out their future.
  
  - We have a preschool, learning center (day care), activity center, parent toddler program, teacher training course, vacation camps & parenting courses.
  - We have 6 centers in the city of Pune (Maharashtra, India) and 1 center in the city of Bangalore (Karnataka, India)
  - We cater to children aged 6 months to 8 years
  - We have a team of 40 people working with us which includes educators, caregivers and admin staff.
  We are looking for volunteers who can help us in teaching these young children and thereby create an impact on the future generation of the society!

  Cultural diversity and learning from a developing country like India will be the top 2 benefits to the volunteers.
  This is going to be a great fun and learn experience with children. Volunteers will get to know more about Indian culture & lifestyle. They will get exposure to a wide range of people from different communal as well as financial backgrounds under one roof. Meeting people coming from multi-diversity backgrounds daily is definitely a wonderful experience which will help evolve as a human being too! They will also learn about various teaching pedagogies that can be implemented across the globe.
  Get an amazing experience by getting to know locals, taste Indian food, develop meaningful relationships and take back loads of experience and memories!

  Help

  We want to evolve class into a multi-diverse cultural classroom by getting different cultural aspects together making children more sensitive to accommodating different cultures!
  We would want volunteers to be able to assist conducting classroom sessions, help with work around the school, take care of young children and explore various aspects of early years.

  Accommodation

  A separate room with a washroom will be provided to the volunteer in a flat house system.
  It will be an apartment which will be company owned. We will be taking care of the breakfast and lunch of for Workawayers. For dinner, we can subscribe them to daily tiffin packages if they are comfortable with the same.

• 

  What else ...

  Volunteers will be picked up from the airport and dropped. Local transportation is easily available and cheap. They will be provided food (3 meals) or if they fancy cooking they can do so. The grocery and other local stores are available 3-4 minutes away from the place of stay.
  There are lot of places like historical monuments, malls, street shopping, local cafes & restaurants, picnic spots, close by getaways that can be explored during the time-off.
