Description
We live in a paradise! Located in the heart of the raining jungle of Mexico, this is a regenerative cattle farm run by a family that love so much producing milk-based food while preserving native seeds and Creole livestock.
We are a growing family! We are Itzel, José and Agni, our 4 months old offspring. Also Andres is working with us, he has been doing so for 4 years now, his family is involved in projects with the farm.
Since 2020 we started a transition stage to change our farm from conventional-chemical-based agriculture and livestock farming to a regenerative sustainable ranch. Now we are 100% free of pesticides and any industrial additive, producing organic milk, organic honey, cheese, yogourt, kefir, sourdough bred, chucrut, and more. We love fermented food, almost everything we eat we produce here in the farm. Also we make our own soap and detergent based on ash, vegetable fat and water.
From time to time we organize workshop where we share some of this knowledge and practices to our community and people from other places.Types of help and learning opportunities
