Description
Hi! My name is Carlos, and I’ve been hosting volunteers for over 9 years, welcoming people from all around the world.
What makes our place special is the strong sense of community we create. We usually work with large teams, and from day one we focus on making everyone feel like part of a family, not just volunteers. Our hostel is a safe, welcoming home where people can live and work comfortably.
Around 98% of our volunteers end up staying longer than they originally planned, or they come back again later. This reflects the atmosphere we build together every day.
We believe that when people feel respected, supported, and at home, the experience becomes much more meaningful. Here you’ll find teamwork, good energy, shared responsibilities, and real human connections.
We are looking for open-minded people who enjoy teamwork and community life.

I’ve had wonderful time in this hostel! At first I was only supposed to stay for two weeks, but it quickly became one week more. Alejandra & hostel volunteers made me feel like home. It was definitely one of the best volunteering opportunities I’ve had! I already miss everyone & can’t wait to be back at Puerto again!

It was an amazing experience working in this hostel. The work in reception was really fair and Carlos and everybody else were very nice. There are activities organized everyday and parties in the evening, it's a great way to make friends and discover Puerto Vallarta. I would definitely recommend working here!

Carlos and the whole team were great to work with. I stayed for a week as a guest and then couldn't bring myself to leave so ended up staying for a month as a volunteer. The hostel has a great vibe and the work requirements are fair. Would love to return on my next trip to vallarta.
