Description
We are looking for people with good communication skills that can help us at the reception area, people who have skills in maintenance, as there is always small jobs where people can help. We also are about to open a coffee shop and would love get help as a kitchen assistant, we would prefer people that have some experience and also bar tenders.
We have a good friendly team, this is an exchange of knowledge, we learn a lot from volunteers, and hope that everyone involved can learn something from this experience.

Bocas del toro has a lot to offer in Landscape, beaches, carabbean culture. We can provide accommodation and a kitchen is available for everyone to use, our fix employees are spanish speaker for people that want to improve their spanich they will be in direct contact with them. We can both benefit from the exchange.
Help
We are renovating one of the few colonial houses, we woudl love to turn it into a beautiful and colorful place where travelers have the opportunitity to meet other poeple and feel confortable, we need people that have solo experience in general maintenance, basic plumbing and electricity would be great, painting and decorationg is always needed.
We also need volunteers for the reception area, bat tending and gardening.

We exchange 20 weekly hours for a full week accommodation. If volunteers prior agreement work more than agreed, then the extra hours will be paid.
