Description
We invite you to help us out at the Lodge located on Kipawa Lake, Quebec. As a remote island getaway we provide our guests with housekeeping cottages, boat and motor rentals, and water taxi service. We are located 22 miles by water (boat-in only) from the Village of Kipawa, Quebec.

While staying at our Lodge you will have many opportunities to learn new skills. Baking bread, building docks, construction, fishing as well as meeting people of all ages and practicing languages.
Host offers payment in line with the minimum wage
This host offers accommodation and payment.
Help
Work may include food preparation, yard work (mowing lawn, gardening, etc.), painting, dock and cabin repairs, cutting firewood, cleaning cabins, laundry, etc.
Must be physically fit and able to assist with manual labor.
We have a strict no pet policy for our guests and staff.
We prefer non-smokers. Alcohol or drug abuse will not be tolerated.
Workawayers must have health/travel insurance.
Workawayers must show proof of Covid vaccination.Languages

We are an island location on Kipawa Lake, Quebec. Experience the Canadian Wilderness at its best. Beautiful scenery, sunsets, excellent fishing for Walleye, Northern Pike, Lake Trout, Whitefish and other species. Canoeing, Kayaking and boating or just relax and enjoy nature during your leisure time. Meals and gratuities are included.

The lodge is an island in one of the beautiful lake of Quebec. The way from the bus station to the Lodge was amazing, because you have to use a boot to get there.
