Description
I'm looking for someone to help with cleaning a packing and small house repairs as I'm moving house at the end of august.
I'd consider a couple (although the upstairs is very small) The tasks would involve packing , deep cleaning cupboards, shed, bathrooms , some gardening etc). If its a couple help with cooking would be great too..
I'm an artist who works in photography and film and live with my 16 year old son, in a beautiful three bedroom mountainside cottage outside Dingle town near Ballydavid. Dingle town is 7 minutes drive. there is a bus but it's 20 mins walk and only passes a few times a day. There is bike available for use.
We're on 1 acre overlooking Mt Brandon and have planted many trees in the garden and field and. It's 5 minutes from beautiful beaches (which we make a lot of use of!). We are both very into the outdoors so we make the most of the setting we live in. We are not vegetarian but try to eat organic healthy food as much as possible. -

The location is stunning. We like to have a healthy lifestyle so like minded people would benefit! The house is full of beautiful photography and art books. Loic likes cycling, swimming and is very interested in film, science, geography, history, politics and cultures. He is a teen so there can all that comes with that so being good young people would be essential too.
I'm an internationally recognised artist and am happy to share my experiences - although the actual work I require of a work-away at this time does not involve being artistic.
There is also a bike here and the beaches mountain walks can be reached by bike. There are mountain hikes starting from the doorway, as well as hourseridings nearby. -

Accommodation
Beautifully renovated 100 year old stone cottage on 1 acre of land, overlooking Mt Brandon. It's open plan living-room/ kitchen area with wood burning stove/ TV internet etc. There's a large dining area off this with large windows with beautiful mountain and garden views. There are three bedrooms upstairs, two double, one single. There are two bathrooms.
No smokers please. -
What else ...
The Dingle Peninsula is one of the most beautiful spectacular regions in Ireland. The town is very lively with lots of great resturants, cafes, pubs etc. The nearby beaches are some of the most beautiful in Ireland so there is many things to do: walking, swimming, kayaking , surfing, many sea safaris where you can see dolphins whales, seals;. visiting the Blasket islands. There is hiking in the beautiful mountains . Thee is traditional music in the pubs.
