    Description

Please check my calendar for availability dates - I am looking for help organizing my closet and cupboards full of art supplies.

I live on my own now that my son is in college
I'm looking for help for 4-5 hours a day. Whomever I host is welcome to explore Miami. If you're a safe driver, I'm open to letting you use my car. I will supply food, but would appreciate the help with meal preparation or washing dishes, if you're around during mealtimes. I'll give you assignments on a daily basis. There's no rigid schedule - i.e. if you want to explore Miami in the morning and prefer to work in the afternoon or evening, I have no problem with that - as long as the work gets done! My condo is adjacent to the Granada Golf Course that has beautiful banyan trees and is great for runners or for a scenic walk. The apartment building has a sauna and beautiful heated pool.
Downtown Coral Gables is only 2 blocks away from my home. Workawayers can also download the Freebie app on their phones if they want free transportation anywhere in Coral Gables.

Alternatively, while I'm traveling, I need someone to cat sit and take care of Melek 7 days a week. Workawayer can explore Miami but not he absent for more than 5 hours a day on a regular basis so they can feed Melek in the morning and evening. If workawayer wants to explore for longer periods of time on occasion, I have a back up person that could feed him. I would just to be rest assured that my cat has company on a daily basis and that workawayer will hang out with him while at home. No overnight stays elsewhere and no guests allowed in the apt. Workawayer must keep the apartment clean so it's in the same condition they found it when I return and water my plants.

I'm a literary agent, so if you've ever pondered or dreamed of writing a book one day, I'll be happy to show you the ropes, as that's my area of expertise. I speak English, Spanish and French fluently, so if you're interested in conversing in any of these languages, I'm open, My French has become somewhat rusty, as I haven't spoken it in years, so I welcome native French speakers!
Coral Gables has free transportation within the City (called Freebie), although I live within walking distance from Miracle Mile, where all the restaurants and shops are. There are beautiful beaches in Key Biscayne which is a 15 minute drive and in South Beach which is a 20-30 minute drive depending on traffic. I live a few blocks away from historic Venetian pool and a block and next to a beautiful golf course that attracts runners and has some of the largest and most beautiful banyan trees I've ever seen! Oh and my condo has a huge pool area downstairs and a sauna.
