    Description

We are a Chilean-Israeli family, Susana and Tom, and our babies are Nila and Ilai! Nila is 3 years old and ilai is 9 months🥰, we moved to Chile 5 years ago after meeting in Colombia while we were both traveling and sometimes doing volunteer work.
We live in San Fabian de alico, a little paradise in the Andes mountain with rivers and native forest, only 6 hours south from Santiago. San Fabián is surrounded by the Corredor Biológico Nevados de Chillán-Laguna del Laja, a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. There's a lot of outdoor activities here like trekking, rafting, kayaking, mountain biking, horse backriding, etc.

We moved in April 2024 to a big property (20 acres) with its own forest and river inside the property, only 2,5 kilometers away from the village. Its very beautiful here, and we are trying to set up the place slowly with more plants, food forest and exotic trees, and hopefully more animals soon.
We are slowly starting a project with home made products such as kombucha, sourkraut, sourdough bread, fermented yogurth, tempeh, cheeses from raw milk, and pretty much any experiment with food or plants. We love to preserve food and eat the food we make at home. We are also experimenting with edible mushrooms, having very good results with the oyster mushroom.
At the moment we are very busy with our babies which give us very limited time to make other things, so any help is super welcome!

Susana enjoys so much everything about home birth (both of our children were born at home) parenthood, womenhood, women circles… she also enjoys to make natural medicine with local plants and also natural candles and soaps.

Tom loves to play music from around the world he plays guitar and piano and he sings. He is making his own little studio to record his music.
We both really like to study about shamanism, rites, music and ceremonies from tribes around the world
