Description
We are a small school that specializes in character base education. We are part of the Ukrainian homeschooling community. Our school is very different from other alternative and especially ordinary schools. We have no teachers - only mentors. Their task is to create an environment that will educate and develop the child. We have no lessons. Each child has their own personal educational trajectory. We have no weekends or holidays. Children live full board. All this and much more allows us to guarantee the result to parents.
We make ai and game based environment for kids like magic world. This world help develop kids character.
Workawayers can learn with us wind surfing, free diving, climbing, play piano, guitar and much more things for free.

Cultural exchange and learning opportunities
Volunteers will be able to see how we train the character of children. Why our children do not have weekends and holidays. Why character is more important than knowledge and skills. Psychologist number 1 in the United States, Martin Seligman and his team made a discovery a little more than 10 years ago: in order for a person to be happy, successful, easy to cope with life troubles in the future, it does not matter what un knows and knows how. What is important is his character. Our school is one of the first in the world focused on the development of character in children. Our task is to spread our experience. We want schools like ours to be many. Workawayers can learn with us wind surfing, free diving, climbing, play piano, guitar and much more things for free.

Help
We are looking for English speakers for language practice. We also need helpers in preparing meals, teaching children. We need help preparing breakfast, lunch and dinner for 12 people 5 days a week. All of our children speaking English and language practice with native speakers would be very helpful. We do not expect classes, but simply communication with children on domestic and other topics. We are also happy to help in organizing children's classes using our own methods, it’s good if the volunteer can work at the computer.

Accommodation
For our school, we rent several houses in Dahab. Accommodation of volunteers in rooms for 3 people. We eat all together at the same table. The food is primarily vegetarian.
What else ...
Dahab is a large Bedouin village. This is an international center for diving, surfing and kiting. Close to the village are very beautiful mountains. At sea, one of the most beautiful coral reefs in the world. Moses's Mount, the oldest Christian monastery in the world and many other interesting and famous places.
