Description
This project was birthed through deep love, love between a woman and land of otherworldly, softly alive in colors and textures oasis in the Sahara desert. It felt like both were yearning for this connection. Siwa is a very unique bioregion in Sahara desert, huge salty lakes and springs are the, once ancient sea remains. Rich in minerals sand can grow almost anything with just a little bit of water and loving care. Most importantly it has incredible human nervous system regeneration qualities.
Hi I'm Odna, and I am the mentioned woman. I've been living in Siwa for the past 5 years and recently have became steward of a piece of land and a sanctuary, a beautiful temple house with panoramic views on a lake, between two sacred mountains, a sanctuary created by women for all.
During my 5 years re-search with the oasis and prior initiations with an egyptian elder through the temples, I have further explored as a space holder and birthed creatively what I call a living field of Coasis.
Coasis is a model of safe space and cultivation field for human body regeneration and capacity expansion, inspired by the ecological intelligence of the oasis and its connection to planetary womb intelligence.
We are at the beginning stage of anchoring the sanctuary. The intention is to receive international guests and co-creators all year long as well as continue projects with local community.
On the land there's Edris , a local man who takes care of the land since 20 years, he is with us and supports the project as an expert on the ground. -

Cultural exchange and learning opportunities
This is a uniqe opportunity to experience Siwa through a lense of deep feminine devotion. I will happily show you all the sacred yet unknown to tourists places I've discovered. I work with kids in the village through creative play and art, you will be able to join and experience. Local women interaction is only possible for other women.
As local community is slowly remembering to care for Earth here again, after big capitalism shockwave, we are serving as a bridge to support another ways of dealing with waste and keeping the waters clean. -

The Sanctuary is devoted to the oracular way of creation, we deeply listen to the land and each other and co-create flow that honors the cycle's of the feminine body and the land.
Men are welcomed and invited to experience this space as an opportunity to blossom in their masculinity in service to the feminine, while having a great opportunity to deeply connect with the pace that honors their body and creativity. -
