  Hi!
  
  We are Chris and Victoria. We have a boutique surf farm stay project in the salty jungle of Playa Maderas, Nicaragua and are in the final design phases of building a natural pool and creative residency / retreat space.
  
  We are family operated Air BnB’s with three rental casitas, a green house, chickens, composting and lots more! We are not a hostel. Days are filled with surfing, gardening, doggies, repairs, welcoming guests, DIY projects, online marketing and much more.
  
  We are always looking for easy going, open minded volunteers that are willing to be a part of a growing project and get their hands dirty in lots of different tasks.

  You will get to live a quiet easy life near the beach, an amazing community, free accommodation and understand what life is like in the salty beach village.

  Help

  - Create new professional content of the property, interior spaces, and surrounding areas professionally showcasing our casitas and vibe around the area
  - Helping with simple graphics for guests like a welcome book, checklists for staff, retreat package
  - Ongoing social media and digital marketing
  - When necessary, someone to help greet guests and assist in laundry
  - The volunteer accommodation is a single, private casita with its own bathroom and a double bed.
  - Must be a dog lover and like kids as wel
  -Minimum six week stay
  - Be willing to help in different areas of the property (cleaning, repairs, gardening, laundry)
  - Gardening,’compost, planting
  
  We are happy to provide free accommodation for this and all utilities are included. We would love someone who has experience in this.
