We are the sister hostel of another Hostel which is located right around the corner!
Traveling is our passion and we love having part of our staff be volunteers from all over the world. We are running together with our passionate staff our hostels since 12 years and they are within walking distance from each other. The hostels have a friendly and intimate atmosphere, great to relax, cosy to feel yourself at home and to meet people/travelers from all over the world. We have a fully equipped shared kitchen and several communal areas to enjoy your time with other backpackers (billiard pool table, rooftop terrace with BBQ). But most importantly, this is a social hub for the independent traveller. Our guests are awesome, and we work hard to create the perfect social vibe to make it as easy as possible for solo travelers to meet new friends.
Located in the liveliest area of Santiago it is from here easy to connect to other locations in Chile (beaches, mountains), and surrounding countries.
Nice spots to go out or to have lunch/dinner all over the place and the famous La Vega Central Market & Mercado central is just around the corner. Other parts of the city are easily accessible.
We’re constantly looking for new volunteers capable of helping us out with our tasks. We are looking for people who love the hostel life, travelling and love people to help us create a warm and friendly atmosphere that makes everybody (including yourself of course :)) feel at home. If you are reliable, motivated, honest, thoughtful and with a good sense of humor feel free to apply.

One of the city's most enigmatic neighborhoods, Bellavista, Santiago's bohemian quarter, is to Santiago what Montmartre is to Paris. Nestled at the foot of Cerro San Cristóbal and its Metropolitan Park, Bellavista positively buzzes with a sense of excitement and creativity, with new hip restaurants, boutiques, and avant-garde galleries occupying loft spaces and lordly mansions that punctuate tree-lined streets awash with colorful antique homes. Many of the city's esteemed intellectuals and artists live in Bellavista, following in the footsteps of its most famous denizen, Pablo Neruda. The shopping/dining area Patio Bellavista is a pleasant place for an afternoon stroll; in the evening, Bellavista pulses to the beat of music pouring from its many discos and bars. On weekends, there is an evening handicrafts market that runs the length of Pío Nono.
