Jos and Olga, origin from Switzerland are living at that beautiful place since 30 years.

We could use help with mowing and trimming around the farm as well as copping and stacking firewood.
General upkeep of the farm.

We have a garlic farm and need help with getting fields ready as well as maintaining, planting etc.

There's work for any skill level as long as you have fun doing it.

Cutting Fire wood (Splitter provided) cleaning up Forest and Fields, Spring cleaning House. Prepare field for Garlic planting.

We have a lot of small jobs. mostly upkeep and small repairs of fencing fields, mowing, firewood (depending of the time of year)

the volunteers stay individually at our guestrooms within the farmhouse. on a separate part included a games room with pool table, darts, library.
we Cook healthy meals every day.
What else ...
The ranch is situated in a rural area at about 1100 m altitude 25 km east of Osoyoos right off Hwy 3. Fishing in the farm pond is available or hiking. Visit the world famous Okanagan Valley with its vineyards is highly recommended.
Floating in the kettle river is a great way to relax after work.

Adam has stayed with us in Spring 2020. He is a very respectful houseguest and very hard worker. He completed all his work to perfection and made sure it was done correctly.
Adam is easy going and he blended in with our daily routine.
We would welcome him back anytime as everyone on the farm enjoyed his presence.

Jos and Olga are amazing couple and perfect hosts. They are clever, caring and experienced, they work hard and comfortably relax in the house they built with their own hands. They know life and people and would tell you a lot about it – if you are willing to listen. I stayed and worked with them two weeks, it is a pity that the season came to end.… read more
